When I was small, I used to run away from food at that time my grandma used to tell me the importance of healthy and tasty food. While days are passing, unknowingly I got very interested in cooking healthy and tasty food. That was the foundation of my blog. As my granny said that food is something that provides nutrients. Nutrients are the substance, which provides energy for activity, growth, and all functions of the body.

Now, cooking becoming a great passion for many guys, which is a great skill. Cooking is something that makes food more delicious.

Now, we will start with a coffee which will make our day start. It’s amazing how the world begins to change through the eyes of a cup of coffee.

Coffee is a brewed drink prepared from roasted coffee beans, the seeds of berries from certain coffee species. Once ripe, coffee berries are picked, processed, and dried. Dried coffee seeds are roasted to varying degrees, depending upon the desired flavor. Roasted beans are ground and then brewed with near-boiling water to produce beverage known as coffee.

Now I am sharing a crazy and yummy chocolate coffee recipe. Hope you will enjoy the recipe. Here it is,

Ingredients required:

· 1 tablespoon of instant coffee powder.

· 1 tablespoon of sugar.

· 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder.

· 2-3 tablespoons of hot water.

· 1 cup full cream milk.

Procedure:

Ø Take a coffee mug to add cocoa powder, instant coffee powder, and sugar. You can add sugar, according to your taste.

Ø Now add hot water little by little. Mix that mixture until it dissolves completely.

Ø Instead of cocoa powder you can use dark chocolate and mix it properly.

Ø Take a vessel and pour the milk. Heat the milk for 3 min but don’t over boil the milk.

Ø Now pour this hot milk into a heat resistant jar and close the lid. Here make a note that the milk should not be too hot and be careful while handling the jar. Shake the jar for nearly 20 sec to get frothy milk.

Ø Then slowly pour the frothy milk into the chocolate-coffee mixture and your chocolate coffee is ready to drink.

Ø You can decorate our coffee with some cocoa powder or chocolate syrup on top.

Disadvantages:

Ø Bad quality coffee can have a lot of impurities in it, which can cause sickness, headache, or a general bad feeling. This can happen if your coffee is made from beans that have been over roped or otherwise ruined. Even one ruined bean can make your cup toxic. If you invest and buy high-quality specialist coffee you don’t have to worry about this

Ø Yes, if you drink 80-100 cups in a short session. This is lethal and will amount in 10-13 grams of caffeine within your body it will cause great damage to your body.
